Gian Piero Broglia's demonstrats his love for the Cortese grape by dedicating 42 of almost 50 hectares to the grape on a landholding nestled at Italy's doors.

Bruno Broglia was the founder and first to take charge of the farm, which was subsequently let out to his son Piero in 1972. Two years later, Gavi was awarded DOC status, coinciding with the vineyard's first wines going on the market: a felicitous moment that "baptised" the first bottles. Today the vineyard has expanded, the farms have been restructured and the cellars originally built in 1982 have been enlarged. The great Gavi il La Meiranacharacterised by its finish, mineral notes, length on the palate and fresh tones. The Gavi Bruno Broglia stands out with a delicate finish with hints of almond.
