Gavi D.o.c.g. of Gavi of Town
This wine comes from the grapes of the youngest vineyard and is bottled earlier than the Rest of our wines to preserve its distinguishable youth and freshness.
Its a Gavi speciality made to please the taste of modern consumers who like a young, entincing wine which is of good quality but not too demanding.
It appears to have an amiable petillant, obtained by a light refermentation in autoclave, which enhances its fragrance, harmony and freshness. In a glass it appears to be crystal-clear with a deep straw-yellow shade and characteristic fruity bouquet which is reminiscent of the ripe grapes which it comes from. The flavour is agreeable, clean and harmonic.
It is a perfect complement to hors-doeuvres or cold main dishes: also recommended as an aperitif.
