Gavi D.o.c.g. of Town of Gavi
This is the product of the grapes from the Villa Broglia vineyards that are especially precious because of their exposure.
From the wine - processing of these grapes only a small production is obtained and it can be distinguished by its bouquet and the elegance of its scent.
At organoleptic analysis the Villa Broglia shows a light straw - yellow colour and a delicate, persistent, very floreal bouquet, typical of great wines.
Of course its best aspect can be caught in its composite long-lasting flavour where, in the mouth, a continuous evolution of sensations can be perceived. Alcohol brings out its heat and softness while the balanced acidity reveals its liveliness and freshness.
It is recommended with fish hors-d'oeuvres or with roasted or sauced fish-dishes.
